Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SiVideoGen at sivideogen.com (the “Service”), an online tool that generates videos from text prompts and images using third-party AI models. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You sign in with Google or with a one-time link sent to your email address, and you are responsible for everything done through your account. Keep access to your email and Google account secure, and tell us atsupport@sivideogen.com if you believe someone else has used your account.

2. Credits

• Generating a video costs credits. The cost of each clip is shown before you start it.
• You can buy credits in packs. Purchases are one-time payments; there is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
• Credits do not expire while your account is active. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or resold, and cannot be exchanged for money except as described in our Refund Policy.
• When a generation fails or is declined by a model, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically.
• Free credits given at sign-up or in promotions may be limited to one per person and can be withdrawn if they are obtained through multiple or fake accounts.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create, upload or share content that:

• is sexually explicit, or sexualizes anyone, and in any case anything involving minors;
• depicts a real, identifiable person without their consent, or is designed to deceive people into believing a real person said or did something they did not;
• harasses, threatens, defames or discriminates against people or groups, or promotes violence, terrorism or self-harm;
• infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights, for example by uploading images you do not have the right to use;
• is intended to mislead voters, impersonate officials, commit fraud, or break any applicable law.

Prompts are checked automatically and the model providers apply their own safety filters, so some requests will be declined. You also may not attempt to bypass these filters, scrape or overload the Service, resell access to it, or use it to build a competing dataset or model. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and credits in such accounts may be forfeited.

4. Your content and the videos you generate

You keep whatever rights you have in the prompts and images you submit. As between you and us, you own the videos you generate, and you may use them for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these terms and to the usage policies of the underlying model providers. AI-generated content may not be protected by copyright in every country, and similar prompts can produce similar results for other users, so we cannot promise exclusivity.

You give us a limited license to store, process and transmit your prompts, images and videos solely to operate the Service — for example to send them to the model provider, keep them in your library and show them back to you. We do not use your content to train AI models and we do not publish it.

5. Third-party models

Videos are produced by third-party models such as Google Veo, Kling, Seedance, Wan, MiniMax and Grok Imagine through our infrastructure partners. Model names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to identify the technology; SiVideoGen is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. Models can be added, changed or removed, and their output quality, speed and availability are outside our full control.

6. Disclaimers

AI video generation is unpredictable. Results may not match your prompt, may contain visual errors, and may occasionally be inaccurate or unexpected. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. You are responsible for reviewing generated videos before you publish or rely on them.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SiVideoGen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Payments and taxes

Prices are shown in US dollars and charged through Stripe. Taxes such as VAT or sales tax may be added at checkout depending on where you live. We may change pack prices for future purchases; credits you already bought keep their value. The credit cost of a clip follows what the model providers charge us, so it can change when they change their prices, but the exact cost is always shown before you start a generation and is the amount we deduct.

9. Availability and changes to the service

We work to keep the Service running, but we do not guarantee that it will be available at all times or that every model will always be offered. A provider can be slow, rate-limited or offline, and we may add, replace or retire models, features or settings. If a generation fails because of an outage, its credits are returned automatically.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe content generated or uploaded through the Service infringes your copyright or other rights, emailsupport@sivideogen.com with a description of the work, where the material appears, your contact details and a statement that your complaint is accurate and made in good faith. We review every notice, remove material that infringes, and may close accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Your responsibility for your content

You are responsible for the prompts and images you submit and for how you use the videos you generate. If a third party brings a claim against us because of your content or your breach of these terms, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

12. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we need to in order to comply with the law. If we discontinue the Service for reasons other than your breach, we will give reasonable notice and refund unused paid credits.

13. Changes to these Terms of Service

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material we will tell you on the site or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.

14. General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy andRefund Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. Not enforcing a provision right away does not waive it. You may not transfer your account or credits to someone else without our written consent.
