How credits work

Credits are the single currency for every model on SiVideoGen. Before you generate, the generator shows the exact number of credits the clip will cost, based on three settings: the model, the clip length and the resolution — plus sound, for models where audio is optional. The credits are reserved when the job starts and are only kept if the video renders. If anything fails, they go straight back to your balance.

This pay-per-clip approach is different from most AI video generator pricing, which bundles a monthly allowance that resets whether you used it or not. Here a quiet month costs nothing, and a busy week is covered by a bigger pack with bonus credits.

Which pack should I buy?

Starter is the right size for trying every model and finding the one that suits your style: 1,000 credits cover roughly 16 short Veo 3.1 Lite clips, or a mix of cheap drafts and a few premium renders. Creator adds 10% bonus credits and fits anyone posting short videos every week. Studio adds 19% and is meant for agencies, ad testing and longer projects where you generate many variations and keep the best ones.

A practical way to save credits is to draft with a cheaper model or lower resolution, then render the final version with a premium model once the prompt works. Image to video also tends to need fewer attempts, because the first frame is already fixed.

Billing questions

Is there a subscription?

No. You buy a credit pack once and spend it whenever you like. Nothing renews and you will never be charged again unless you buy another pack.

Do credits expire?

No. Credits stay in your account until you use them, whether that is tomorrow or next year.

What does a failed video cost?

Nothing. When a model errors out, times out or declines a prompt, the job is marked as failed and its credits are returned to your balance automatically, usually within seconds.

Why do models cost different amounts?

Each model provider charges a different price per second of video, and longer clips, higher resolutions and generated audio take more compute. Our credit prices follow those costs, which is why a 4-second silent Veo 3.1 Lite clip is cheap and a 10-second Seedance 2.5 clip is not.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Checkout is handled by Stripe, so you can pay with all major credit and debit cards and, depending on your country, Apple Pay, Google Pay and local payment methods. We never see or store your card details.

Can I get a refund?

Credit purchases are final because the credits are available immediately, but failed generations are always refunded in credits, and if something went wrong with a payment — for example you were charged twice — contact us and we will fix it. The details are in our Refund Policy.
